History
From Gasthof to Hostellerie Kemmelberg
Gasthof Kemmelberg opened in April 1954 on the initiative of the mayor, Jonkheer Jacques Bruneel de la Warande. It catered to the French-speaking bourgeoisie and later became a country club and a meeting place for hunting parties. Since 2023, the Desmet and De Nolf families have been shaping its future around gastronomy and authentic hospitality.
