Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Please check out before 11:00 AM.
Is the hotel open all year?
Hostellerie Kemmelberg is temporarily closed from September 1 to 8 and from December 22 to January 5. Outside of these dates, we are happy to welcome you year-round.
What are the restaurant hours?
Open from Tuesday evening through Sunday lunch. Closed on Sunday evening and Monday, except for exclusive bookings.

Yes, we offer free private parking for hotel guests.
Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Although we love animals, we unfortunately cannot allow pets in the hotel for reasons of hygiene and comfort.
How many rooms does Hostellerie Kemmelberg have?
Hostellerie Kemmelberg offers 22 stylish rooms, divided into Cosy, Comfy, Superior, Family Suites and the unique Tower Room.
For larger groups, we collaborate with carefully selected nearby hotels. We coordinate all communication and arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly for you. Please feel free to contact us to explore the available options.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel offer wellness and fitness facilities?
Starting May 2025, guests can enjoy our spa and fitness area, including a traditional sauna, hammam, infrared sauna, jacuzzi, showers, massages (by appointment), and a compact gym with premium fitness equipment.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included by default and is offered at €25 per person. It is served in our restaurant with a panoramic view of the valley.
Can dietary needs or allergies be accommodated?
Of course! Please let us know in advance so our chef can take your needs into account.
What is there to do in the area?
The Kemmelberg and surrounding Westhoek region offer beautiful walking and cycling routes, wine tastings, golf, and cultural landmarks.
Does the hotel offer packages?
Yes, we offer golf, wine tasting, and wellness packages in collaboration with local partners like Golfclub De Palingbeek. Contact us for current offers.
Can I rent the hotel exclusively?
Yes, Hostellerie Kemmelberg can be booked exclusively for weddings, family events, corporate meetings or private occasions. Contact us for a custom quote.
Are there meeting facilities?
Yes, Hostellerie Kemmelberg features two spacious, modern meeting rooms with natural daylight, scenic views and extensive catering options.
Our largest event venue is the nearby restaurant The Famous Belvedere. This location can be fully privatized and is suitable for events of 150+ guests.
Within Hostellerie Kemmelberg itself, we can host meetings and events for up to 100 guests standing or 20 seated per room setup, depending on the chosen format. We also offer a smaller break-out room for meetings in a more intimate setting.

What is the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance (max. 2 rooms).
- 3+ rooms cancelled between 5 days and 24h in advance: 25% fee.
- Less than 24h or no-show: 100% fee.
- Prepaid bookings receive a 5% discount but are non-refundable.
